At Garden Beds For Sale, each product is carefully handcrafted and built to order based on the specifications agreed upon in the customer-approved proposal. Because of this custom nature, we follow a strict sign-off process to ensure clarity and satisfaction at every stage.

1. Proposal Approval & Scope of Work

Before any work begins, customers receive a detailed proposal outlining the Scope of Work (SOW), including dimensions, materials, design features, and any agreed-upon customizations. This proposal must be reviewed and approved by the customer in writing. Approval confirms agreement with all specifications and terms.

2. Delivery Sign-Off

Upon delivery or customer pickup, the product is presented for final review. At that time, the customer will verify that the product matches the agreed-upon SOW. Final sign-off confirms acceptance of the product as delivered.

3. All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products and the dual approval process, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once delivery has been accepted.

4. Exceptions

In the rare event of a structural defect or issue that clearly deviates from the approved proposal, customers must notify us within [X days] of delivery. We will review the concern and, if warranted, offer a repair or replacement at our discretion.
